Champoeg State Park to Salem 70 miles

The first 15 mile were great. I had a great tail wind and was averaging 20 MPH. By the end of the ride I was really feeling it as we rode into the wind. I was drafting behind other people on the ride and struggling to keep up with them. Like always at Champoeg it was very pretty. On other rides I had seen a large bird nest on top of a telephone pole today their was two Osprey in the nest.
